ANOTHER DEM EXPOSED: House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries solicited donations from Jeffrey Epstein

Democrats may soon start regretting that they championed for the Jeffrey Epstein files to be released. First, Democrat Del. Stacey Plaskett, of the Virgin Islands, was exposed for texting Epstein during the February 2019 congressional testimony of Michael Cohen.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries had refused to condemn Plaskett.  Now Democrats have just been exposed for soliciting money from Epstein on behalf of Jeffries in May 2013, which was several years AFTER Epstein was first convicted as a pedophile and had served 13 months in prison.

From Breitbart: A firm representing House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) solicited Jeffrey Epstein for donations and to get him to attend a dinner with then-President Barack Obama, newly released files revealed.

Thousands of pages of documents from Epstein’s estate published by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee last week included a 2013 email from a representative of Jeffries’ asking Epstein to meet with and give money to the Democrat leader.

House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) exposed the email on the House floor during consideration of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which passed 427-1.

“Another email shows fundraisers invited Epstein to an event or to meet privately with Hakeem Jeffries as part of their 2013 effort to win a majority,” Comer announced. “So Hakeem Jeffries’ campaign solicited money from Jeffrey Epstein. That’s what we found in the last document batch.”

Comer then misspoke while making the announcement. Based on his prepared remarks, he intended to say that former President Bill Clinton “must appear for his deposition.” Instead, he mistakenly said “former President Trump.”

The Oversight Committee posted a copy of the full email to Epstein and wrote, “Hakeem has been on a media tour the last few days on Epstein, but refuses to condemn Stacey Plaskett. Epstein documents reveal that Hakeem’s consulting firm reached out to Jeffrey Epstein to arrange a dinner between them.”

Comer re-posted it and wrote, “Maybe this is why House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries refuses to condemn Democrat Rep. Plaskett for colluding with Jeffrey Epstein.👇”

Donald Trump Jr. pounced on the bombshell revelation, writing, “So a convicted sex offender who trafficked kids gets invited to a private dinner with Obama and a meeting with Jeffries five years after being released but it’s somehow still all about Trump? The Epstein saga is a hoax re Trump, but not the Democrats who funded & enabled him!”
