From ABC13 News: PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — Three officers were injured Wednesday during an incident in Pittsylvania County.
ABC13 was on the scene early in the evening, where there was a large police presence. Authorities held a press conference on Wednesday night to give an update.
Pittsylvania County Sheriff Mike Taylor said three officers went to 611 Blue Jay Lane to serve warrants and a protective order. As soon as they approached the home, officials say they were met with gunfire.
