From the Daily Mail: The Manassas Mosque, sandwiched in a strip mall just 30 miles from Washington, DC, is facing its own fight for survival after commemorating ‘our leader’ Ayatollah Ali Khamenei a day after he was killed in an airstrike in Tehran.
The Daily Mail has learned that the imam of the mosque Abolfazl Bahram Nahidian, who goes by Abu Nahidian, is trapped in Tehran after leaving with his wife.
‘He’s there right now,’ security guard T. Beyah told the Daily Mail. ‘We received a call from them. You could actually hear the bombs from where he is. We had to cut the call short.
‘He’s okay, but he wanted us to know that if anything happens to him, we should continue what we’re doing here in the mosque,’ Beyah said.
Daily Wire reporter Luke Rosiak announced Monday, “A DC-area mosque pledged its loyalty to the Iranian dictator “martyred” by the US. Its membership views Khamenei, not America’s elected representatives, as “our leader.””
“The daughter of the mosque’s leader reposted a pledge that “resistance fighters” would be born to avenge against the “demonic transgressive empire” America,” Rosiak added.

The Daily Mail notes that the mosque has since deleted the controversial Instagram post, which featured a picture of Khamenei and an announcement of a special Ramadan dinner to honor his ‘martyrdom’, but screenshots of the post are still prompting outrage.
The Daily Mail said their reporter “visited the mosque on Tuesday and observed several framed portraits of Khamenei still hanging on the walls, including photos of him embracing Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar.”
Sen. John Cornyn (R-Tex.) responded to the report that Nahidian had honored the slain terror leader, and called for an investigation. He wrote:
.@IRSnews and @FBI, I am requesting that you investigate if this mosque is being funded by any terrorist organizations or has provided material support to terrorist organizations given its allegiance to Khamenei, one of the most evil individuals in history who is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans and who spent the last three months overseeing the murders of tens of thousands of Iranian protestors before he was rightfully taken out by U.S. and Israeli strikes.
We must also pass my bill that allows @USTreasury to terminate tax-exempt status for Islamic groups like CAIR that support and finance terrorism.

Rosiak explained, “The mosque doesn’t exactly hide its anti-Americanism. GOP congressmen have previously asked for it to be investigated, but all of its thousands of congregants are still in our country.”
“The Manassas Mosque is funded by the Alavi Foundation, which the DOJ said was a front for the Iranian regime. Its head destroyed documents after a subpoena and pleaded guilty to two felonies, but the Obama admin gave him only a slap on the wrist,” Rosiak added.

I lived half of my life in USA and the other half in Iran. I swear I am seeing more Islamic republic of Iran supporters in USA than I see in Iran. The West needs to take this seriously. Don’t let the story of Iran repeat in the West.
