WHAM! Social media erupts with reality check after Obama’s Iran official speaks out

From Fox News: Ben Rhodes, a leading figure within the Obama administration who pushed for the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, was blasted on social media Saturday after he criticized U.S. military strikes on Iran.

In the immediate aftermath of the joint attack by the U.S. and Israel, Rhodes was posting criticism of the administration on social media, saying Trump and Netanyahu “seem to be totally unconcerned about the human beings — on all sides — who will suffer.”

“Trump’s second term has been the worst case scenario,” Rhodes said in another X post.

Rhodes was quickly ridiculed by many conservatives on social media who pointed to the Obama-era Iran deal as a catalyst for allowing the situation to escalate to this point and placing blame on the Obama administration for not taking the threat from Iran seriously.

“Trump and Netanyahu seem to be totally unconcerned about the human beings – on all sides – who will suffer,” Rhodes wrote in one post.

X user Michael Szell retorted, “Let’s check in on Libya.” The remark was a reference to the Islamic terror attack in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 – during the Obama administration – in which four Americans were horrifically killed.

The Obama administration was blasted for falsely claiming that the attack was simply a result of a protest against a video on YouTube.

X user Robert Behan also slammed Rhodes, asking, “Were you concerned about the 30,000 Iranian protesters that were killed last month?”

In another post, Rhodes snarled, “Trump’s second term has been the worst case scenario.”

Fox News contributor Marc Thiesse mocked, “Yes we were much better off with a president who drew redlines and failed to enforce them. Team Obama might want to sit this one out.”

Republican operative Alec Sears wrote, “Oh look the guy who literally created this mess in the first place has chimed in.”

X user Stormy Sunset reminded Rhodes of another horrific attack that happened during the Obama administration, by sharing a video posted by Open Source Intel. The post explains:

On January 12, 2016, while Barack Obama was president, Iran’s IRGC seized a U.S. Navy boat. Iran released footage showing American sailors humiliated, some kneeling and others in tears before Iranian forces.

Five days later, on January 17, Obama sent $400 million in pallets of cash to Iran, followed by another $1.3 billion through additional transactions.

And from Drew Pavlou: “Ben Rhodes spent 15 years trying to prop up the Iranian regime and now his life efforts are in ruins. Suck shit Ben.”

“There’s one reason this war had to happen. Check the mirror,” advised prominent X user Roxanne Hoge.

Here’s another gem… Rhodes wrote, “Among all the risks, one certainty is that U.S. taxpayers are spending tens of billions of dollars on something they overwhelmingly oppose.”

Marc Thiessen blasted Rhodes for that one too. He wrote, “Speaking of spending tax dollars on something Americans overwhelmingly oppose, you sent Iran planes loaded with pallets of hard currency which they used to fund terror across the Middle East. Sit this one out.”

Former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer wrote, “Actually, a free and pro-western Iran is exactly how we will get back all the money you gave Iran, and more, through commerce, investments and freedom.”

X user Deb retorted, “You and Obama sent loads of cash to Iran, how about you log off buddy and refrain from speaking on the situation.”

“You seriously should have thought before you tweeted this, the ratio is already spectacular,” declared Tim Whitehead.

“Speaking of spending taxpayer dollars, how much did you ship in pallets of cash? I’d say sit this one out, but you should just sit out everything,” wrote Josh Slayton.

Law professor Adam Mossoff provided a little history lesson:

Ben Rhodes really needs to learn when he needs to sit down and shut up. He’s in ZERO position to say anything about the Islamic regime right now and the latest conflict in its holy war with the West since 1979 (the “forever war” is by Islamic regime of Iran against the U.S.). As the architect of 2015 Nuclear Deal with Iran under President Obama, Rhodes is responsible for the Islamic regime almost getting nukes, which it would have used in seeking the apocalypse it openly declares it wants with the West. The money that Rhodes’ appeasement of the Mullahs in 2015 that Iran got – $58 billion in cash, unfrozen assets, and other support – was used by Islamic regime of Iran to fund Hamas, leading to the massacres and atrocities of October 7, 2023. The tens of thousands of innocent Iranians killed, raped, mutilated, and executed since 2015, especially in recent months, are attributable to Rhodes and President Obama *empowering* the Islamic regime of Iran from 2015 onward with their Nuclear Deal.

So much death and destruction is linked to Ben Rhodes and what he made possible for the Islamic regime in Iran in 2015.

Ben Rhodes actually makes Neville Chamberlain and the 1938 Munich Accord look morally clean by comparison to his 2015 Nuclear Deal. Chamberlain at least had the moral courage to repent his mistake of appeasing Hitler, unlike Those who has only doubled and tripled down on his support for evil. Also, Chamberlain didn’t already have the lesson of the 1938 Munich Accord to tell him what he was doing will unleash more evil, death, and destruction on the world, but i
Ben Rhodes had this lesson of WW2 and the Holocaust in 2015.

But for Israel and U.S. right now, the West would have faced another holocaust of nuclear proportions. But for Israel and U.S. right now, Iran’s terrorist proxy armies world be continuing to kill, tortured, main untold numbers of Innocents in Israel, the U.S., and around the world. So Ben Rhodes (@brrhodes) seriously needs to sit down and shut up, because the “forever war” waged by the Islamic regime of Iran against the U.S. since 1979 is finally being brought to an end today, and it’s actually harder to do this now because of everything Rhodes did to empower the Mullahs in 2015.
