God With Us

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us

John 1:14

When Jesus appeared on earth, His arrival seemed ordinary—a child born in humble surroundings to a young woman. Few recognized the divine orchestration behind this event. Yet, John 1:14 reveals the profound reality: “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” What seemed like a simple birth was the culmination of a divine plan, carefully crafted before the foundation of the world.

Today, as we move past Christmas and begin plans for the new year, it’s a good time to remember the magnitude of the gospel.  The Word became flesh—not as a fleeting moment but as an eternal gift, choreographed by God Himself to rescue and restore us. May our hearts sing in response to this divine “Hallelujah.”

Dear Lord God, we praise You for Your great plans and works of salvation. Help us to see the amazing love you have shown in coming to be with us to save us. AMEN.
