SEE IT: Charging documents for pipe bomber suspect released, Wray blamed for burying the case

Federal prosecutors have released a 7-page document to the public on Thursday, after they announced the arrest of the man suspected of planting two pipe bombs in Washington, D.C. on the evening of January 5, 2021.

During a press conference Thursday afternoon, FBI Director Kash Patel, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, Attorney General Pam Bondi and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro all explained they they were finally able to solve the nearly 5-year-old case by simply reviewing the evidence that was already on file – and NOT because of any new evidence that had come to light.

Brian J. Cole, Jr., 30, was arrested Thursday morning, and charged with planting the explosive devices outside the Republican and the Democrat national headquarters buildings in D.C., just hours ahead of a scheduled outdoor speech by President Donald Trump.

The document says Cole, who is 5′, 3″ tall, lives with his mother and other family members in a single-family home in Woodbridge, Virginia. He worked for a bail bond company owned by his father. The company reportedly focused on freeing illegal aliens out of ICE detention centers, and filed multiple lawsuits against the first Trump administration over immigration policies.

Based on information from a bank account and six credit cards, prosecutors say Cole Jr. began buying parts to make the pipe bombs as far back as May 2019.

Democrats and the liberal media had used the pipe bomb incidents to paint Trump supporters as violent, and tried to tie the incidents to the protest at the Capitol on January 6.  However, the pipe bomb case now appears to have no relation to other incidents that happened around January 6, 2021.

And, based on evidence prosecutors have presented, it was not in any way connected to Trump supporters.

Now conservatives are ripping into former FBI Director Chris Wray and former Attorney General Merrick Garland for shoving the case under the rug.

New Jersey Trump delegate Mike Crispi wrote, “The pipe bomb suspect didn’t fit the DOJ narrative for the Biden regime, so they just decided to bury the entire thing. Merrick Garland must be held AS ACCOUNTABLE as Brian Cole Jr. Disgusting.”

Another X user wrote, “Just for the record, if this sneering, Deep State POS were still leading the FBI, suspected pipe bomber Brian Cole jr. would never have been found. Wray was too busy looking for grandma’s accused of trespassing the Capitol on J6.”

Reporter Julie Kelly speculated, “Could be that Brian Cole Jr, who is black, was a BLM supporter. A few of the bomb components were purchased around the same time that George Floyd riots were consuming Washington: Regardless, there appears to be a race-related reason why Chris Wray buried this investigation.”
