VIRAL VIDEO: Biological Male Who Used Women’s Locker Room At Gym Stole Ex-Wife’s Name

From the New York Post: The transgender person caught up in a viral Los Angeles gym bathroom row had been convicted of assaulting their now-ex-wife while living in Ohio as a man — before taking the victim’s first name as their own.

Alexis Black ran afoul of women at a gym in Beverly Hills, including singer-songwriter Tish Hyman, who accused them of exposing himself and harassing her in the locker room.

Black, formerly Grant Freeman, pleaded guilty in 2022 to savagely beating his wife Alexis Freeman, causing a compound fractured jaw among other serious injuries.

“Kyle Grant Freeman caused serious physical harm to the victim. The victim suffered a compound fractured mandible, which resulted in her needing surgery,” said court documents from Hamilton County, Ohio.

The report notes that in the Black/Freeman was sentenced to a year in prison, less time served, for beating his wife. Prior to that, he had been convicted of both domestic violence and drug trafficking, along with many other charges.

But a shocking recent incident made national headlines, as Black/Freeman allegedly went into a women’s locker room at Gold’s Gym in Beverly Hills and exposed his private parts to other women.

Tish Hyman, a singer and songwriter who is lesbian and was in the locker room, erupted in fury, yelling at Black/Freeman to get out! For speaking out, the gym manager kicked HER out of the gym, instead of the man.

Hyman posted a video as she yelled at the biological male and told him to stay out of the women’s locker room! She wrote:

I need everyone to hear this. Multiple women and I have repeatedly made written reports on this man for coming into our women’s locker room harassing us , and the gym staff has done absolutely nothing!!

He has disrespected me multiple times, and I’ve only been ignored when I quietly reported it. But today I made noise!! Today as I walked into the locker room he came in behind me and called me a bitch in a deep angry voice. I was TERRIFIED. I RAN OUT INTO THE GYM SCREAMING THERE IS A MAN IN THE REST ROOM!!

I called for help and men in the gym got involved, THANK GOD and the staff finally decided to act. I CRIED AND SCREAMED FOR HELP. They removed him—but then they turned around and terminated my membership too, as if I was being punished for speaking up.

I WAS LITERALLY SCARED. THE WOMEN IN THE GYM ALL AGREED WITH ME. MANY were relieved that someone finally said something out loud. Men had to step up to get him out. And the gym staff, who ignored our safety all this time COULD CARE LESS.

Should we keep giving gyms our money if they won’t protect us? IS IT TIME we CANCEL our GYM memberships until they understand that women’s safety isn’t negotiable.!?? WE HAVE TO TAKE A STAND IF WE WANT TO BE SAFE. WHOS DOWN TO #BOYCOTTGOLDSGYM #boycottgyms

WOMEN !!! THINK OF YOUR SAFETY. MEN !!! THINK OF YOUR WIVES, SISTERS, MOTHERS AND DAUGHTERS!! MAKE TRANS RESTROOMS !!! STOP MEN FROM FROM BULLYING HARASSING AND ASSAULTING WOMEN IN LOCKER ROOMS.

In another Instagram post, Hyman wrote:

This person told me HE was a woman and demanded that I leave the women’s locker room. He said, “Straight women like dick, and they’re probably looking at me more than you 👀😭.” #GoldsGym staff said their hands were tied by law — they couldn’t make him leave.

I was naked, scared, and being yelled at. He called me a bitch in front of everyone. A young woman was also in the bathroom. She froze up — completely traumatized — and later thanked me for being there with her.

I’ve been told I could lose my music career if I speak out… but I’m a woman before an artist, and I stand for what’s right. This is wrong and extremely dangerous. Any man can claim to be a woman and walk into women’s spaces — putting us at risk of harassment or assault.

I have kindly confronted these “Trans Women” on 4 different occasions and on all I was met with ANGER, DISRESPECT AND TOTAL DISREGARD. WHAT DO YALL THINK ABOUT THIS ! It must stop. Please sign the petition in my bio. I’m heartbroken and deeply saddened. 💔 Women deserve safety. We deserve protection.

In yet another Instagram post, Hyman wrote:

THIS is the MAN they say IDENTIFIES as a woman. I am devastated. I haven’t even slept. Usually, I would be looking forward to waking up and going to the gym working out for about an hour and a half then going into the locker room for my sauna and shower. Then going to the studio to make music, which is what I do.

But instead, I am up trying to figure out what’s going to happen next. What’s the best direction to go in? How can I affect change in the best way for everyone? I don’t know all the answers, but I don’t wish the impact that this has had all my life on anyone. I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me in is very difficult time.

I lost 100 pounds. People always ask me how I did it without having a lot of sagging skin. Well my secret is the sauna and steam room and that’s why I am really devastated right now because I no longer feel safe there and not only can I no longer feel safe. I don’t even have anywhere else to go do that.

Hyman replied, “This is what US women need to do !!!!!!!! This madness has gone far enough. We will rise against this! And win!”

One transgender person taunted, “Trans women belong in women’s spaces 🏳️‍⚧️.”

Hyman fired back, “No you don’t and we’re gonna start RUNNING YOU MEN OUT.”
