From the New York Post: A Chicago-based elementary school teacher mocked Charlie Kirk’s assassination by using a sickening gun gesture at a No Kings protest over the weekend.

Lucy Martinez, a teacher at Nathan Hale Elementary School, put a finger to her neck and pretended to pull a trigger when a man driving by in a pickup truck waved a flag calling the late podcaster a “hero,” video shows.

Multiple demonstrators flipped the bird at the counter-protester.

In the now-viral video, the woman is seen pointing her finger at her neck and yelling, “Bang, bang!”

Reportedly, Martinez is a K-8 stem teacher with the Chicago Public School system at Nathan Hale Elementary school.

The video has prompted massive outrage on social media, with many conservatives calling for her to be fired.

One video of the appalling incident, posted by X user End Wokeness, has gotten over 13.7 million views.

DMLNewsApp founder and podcast host Dennis Michael Lynch wrote, “Her name is Lucy Martinez. She’s a teacher. She should be fired.”

Podcaster Benny Johnson wrote, “The lady in this video mocking Charlie Kirk’s assassination is reportedly a Chicago Public School teacher. She needs to be fired immediately.”

Turning Point USA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet wrote, “The most vile reactions to Charlie’s murder have almost all been public school teachers and professors. Tells you a lot about what America’s children are facing and why TPUSA is more important than ever.”

In another post, Kolvet added, “I’ll never forget a family vacation where I was playing with my daughter in the pool. I overheard this young 20s leftist with green hair. Central casting. She was bragging that she became a teacher because it was the best way to “fight fascists” by indoctinrating their kids. Haters will say I’m making this up, but it’s 100% real and I’ll never forget it.”

Rep. Chip Roy (R-Tex.) wrote, “These people have been polluting American children. School Choice is important – but it’s bailing water out of a sinking boat with a massive hole in it. We need to simultaneously clean out our schools of this garbage… and it’s not just Chicago……”

Mercedes Schlapp wrote, “This is a Chicago teacher who should be fired immediately. A deranged individual who advocates for violence and death should not be near any children. Pray for our country.”

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) wrote, “Imagine if the tables were turned and a Republican did this. The media would speak of nothing else for weeks.”

Podcast host Megyn Kelly wrote, “This is what we’re dealing with. Stop commenting on the Young Republicans’ texts. THIS is what WE are dealing with.”
