From Breitbart: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared a video Sunday of a cuffed suspect being hauled away on a flatbed cart amid the Antifa riots in Portland, Oregon.
The agency said the incident happened in Portland and the video footage shows the suspect spitting on the ground as the cart is being rolled away.
The individual is wearing a black hoodie and also appears to be wearing an orange backpack.
Mockingly, ICE wrote while sharing the video, “PORTLAND — Refuse to walk? We’ll give you a ride.”
The video has been edited to include the song, “Ridin’,” by Chamillionaire. The lyrics included:
