FROM WASHINGTON EXAMINER: Gov. Wes Moore (D-MD) confirmed on Sunday that he will not run for president in 2028.

Moore insisted he plans on “serving a full term” as governor of Maryland on MSNBC News’s Meet the Press on Sunday.


“I’m excited about reelection. I’m excited about what I’m going to be able to do for the people of Maryland,” Moore said.

Host Kristen Welker pressed for more.

“Do you rule out a run for president, Governor?” She asked.

“Yeah, I’m not running for president,” Moore confirmed.
