From NY Post: The maniac gunman who killed at least five people at 345 Park Avenue on Monday evening was identified as a 27-year-old Las Vegas man, according to law enforcement sources.
Shane Tamura was named by sources as the shooter who stormed the 44-floor swanky Midtown office building and opened fire, killing one police officer and at least four civilians.
The number of injured was expected to grow, the sources said.
According to the Post, authorities found a vehicle with Nevada plates registered to Tamura and a concealed firearms permit from Las Vegas that expired in 2027.
Tamura was caught on video entering the skyscraper with a rifle at around 6:30 p.m., sparking panic as employees responded to the crisis.
