Psalm 25:5. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
Psalm 61:2. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psalm 31:3. For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.

These are just a few of the many verses in the Bible that talk about the Lord leading us.
Likely most of us can remember the days when there was no such thing as a GPS. We relied on paper maps, and that only got you so far. But if you wanted more reliable information, you could always stop at any business and ask for directions. However, the absolute best and easiest way to find your destination is when someone says, “Follow me, I’ll lead you there.”
The Bible is like our roadmap, and Jesus can be our guide. It is safe to follow Him, and He will never lead us down a wrong path.
“Dear Heavenly Father, please lead us closer to You today. Lead us in the direction You want us to take, teach us to make wise choices, and give us the patience to just wait on You when we don’t know which way to go.”
