Proverbs 29:18
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.”

In leadership, you must have vision to have direction. Vision gives us clarity of purpose and the inspiration to move forward.
When we are in a leadership position, we need God to give us vision so that we can serve His purpose. Leaders need vision to be able to inspire others to reach a goal, giving everyone a common mission.
Leadership can be frightening, but God teaches us that our strength is not in anything we can control. Instead, our strength comes from Him. When we are faced with an enemy, all of our strategies and plans are meaningless without God. And with God on our side, any challenge, however insurmountable it appears to be, is insignificant to His power.
At times of uncertainty, we look to God pray that we would be good leaders, and that our own leaders would ask God for clear vision.
Dear God, thank You for giving vision to leaders. Continue to reveal Your plan and guide us as we pursue Your glory. Let us inspire others with that vision. Give us wisdom and clarity as we trust in You. We pray this in Jesus precious name, Amen.
