REPORT: Biden-appointed judge objects to Trump deporting illegal aliens convicted of murder, rape, child sex crimes [Trump posts fiery statement]

From Breitbart: A federal judge in Boston, Massachusetts, appointed by former President Joe Biden, is objecting to President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) deporting several illegal aliens, all with final deportation orders, convicted of murder, rape, child sex crimes, and robbery.

This week, DHS announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents deported eight illegal aliens from Mexico, Cuba, Laos, Burma, and Vietnam to South Sudan because their home countries would not accept them.

The illegal aliens deported include five convicted murderers, one convicted robber, one convicted child sex predator, and one convicted rapist. Several of the illegal aliens were also convicted of assault, and one was convicted of kidnapping in addition to his murder conviction.

All of the illegal aliens had final deportation orders, one that dated back to 1999, meaning they have been through the immigration courts and a judge has ordered them to be removed from the United States.

Despite that the illegal aliens already had existing final deportation orders, Judge Brian Murphy, a registered Democrat appointed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts by Joe Biden, claimed the Trump administration didn’t given them enough advance notice to object to their deportations.

The judge has demanded that the Trump administration allow the illegal aliens to go through a “reasonable fear interview” either in South Sudan or fly them back to the United States to challenge their deportations here.

While in South Sudan, the judge ordered DHS to “retain custody and control over the individuals in conditions commensurate to those the individuals would be housed in were they still in DHS’s custody within the United States.” This means multiple ICE agents must remain in Sudan with them until the matter is settled.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt blasted the judge’s ruling on Thursday.

President Trump is furious, and released the following statement on Truth Social in response to the judge’s order:

A Federal Judge in Boston, who knew absolutely nothing about the situation, or anything else, has ordered that EIGHT of the most violent criminals on Earth curtail their journey to South Sudan, and instead remain in Djibouti. He would not allow these monsters to proceed to their final destination.

This is not the premise under which I was elected President, which was to PROTECT our Nation. The Judges are absolutely out of control, they’re hurting our Country, and they know nothing about particular situations, or what they are doing — And this must change, IMMEDIATELY!

Hopefully, the Supreme Court of the United States will put an END to the quagmire that has been caused by the Radical Left. If this is not worked out quickly, and the World is watching, our Country will be under siege again, with hundreds of thousands of hardened criminals, “BREAKING DOWN THE WALLS.”

We were also forced to leave behind, in order to watch these hardened thugs, a large number of ICE Officers, who would otherwise be in the United States, protecting our Citizens.
