President Donald Trump unleashed on the Supreme Court Friday evening, after the court voted 7-2 to block the Trump administration from deporting illegal alien Venezuelan gang members and criminals under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act (AEA).

Only Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito sided with the Trump administration in the stunning ruling.

Trump held nothing back as he voiced his disgust over the ruling. He wrote:

The Supreme Court has just ruled that the worst murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and even those who are mentally insane, who came into our Country illegally, are not allowed to be forced out without going through a long, protracted, and expensive Legal Process, one that will take, possibly, many years for each person, and one that will allow these people to commit many crimes before they even see the inside of a Courthouse.

The result of this decision will let more CRIMINALS pour into our Country, doing great harm to our cherished American public. It will also encourage other criminals to illegally enter our Country, wreaking havoc and bedlam wherever they go. The Supreme Court of the United States is not allowing me to do what I was elected to do.

Sleepy Joe Biden allowed MILLIONS of Criminal Aliens to come into our Country without any “PROCESS” but, in order to get them out of our Country, we have to go through a long and extended PROCESS. In any event, thank you to Justice Alito and Justice Thomas for attempting to protect our Country. This is a bad and dangerous day for America!

President Trump isn’t the only one who is disgusted.  Many conservatives have condemned the ruling on social media.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wrote, “This is insanity. The courts refused to stop Biden from unlawfully importing illegal immigrants. Now the Supreme Court is stopping Trump from removing immigrants who are here illegally. The majority of Americans will be outraged at this injustice.”

Trump advisor Stephen Miller wrote, “Weird how the Supreme Court never ruled that Biden couldn’t import vast armies of illegal alien invaders.”

Attorney Mike Davis wrote, “The President of the United States, as commander-in-chief, has a constitutional duty to repel a foreign invasion. Under Article II of the Constitution, he does not need any statutory authority to do this. The Supreme Court must understand it will not win this political fight.”

Law professor Jonathan Turley explained:

The Supreme Court delivered a blow to the Trump Administration in blocking deportations under the Alien Enemies Act. However, the Court only did so based on the lack of notice (24 hours) afforded by the Administration. It did not rule on the legality of the use of the AEA…

…The Court expressly stated: “To be clear, we decide today only that the detainees are entitled to more notice than was given on April 18.” …

…That still leaves much to be decided including what notice is required: “it is not optimal for this Court, far removed from the circumstances on the ground, to determine in the first instance the precise process necessary to satisfy the Constitution in this case. We remand the case to the Fifth Circuit for that purpose.”

..Both the legality of using the act and the required notice remain undecided (beyond the fact that 24 hours is clearly not enough)…

…The court is pumping the brakes as a warning to the Administration that it must give these individuals and the courts more time to consider these issues.
