Just six weeks into his second term in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump delivered an address to a Joint Session of Congress Tuesday night.

Many conservatives are saying it was the best speech Trump has ever given.

Democrats, now the minority in both the House and the Senate, fumed in their seats and held up signs in protest, but the president was not one bit deterred, as he listed off a number of his achievements, his vision for America’s future, and paid tribute to multiple Americans.

Below are just some key moments from Trump’s nearly 2-hour speech.

As President Trump was entering the House Chamber, Democrat Rep. Melanie Stansbury (NM) was standing near the aisle, holding up a sign that read, “This is not normal.”

Republican Rep. Lance Gooden (TX) reached across the aisle, snatched the sign from her hand, and threw it on the floor.

BEST LINE OF THE NIGHT:Β  Highlighting the record-low border numbers, President Trump quipped, “The media and our friends in the Democrat Party kept saying we needed new legislation, we must have have legislation to secure the border. But it turned that all we really needed was a new president.”

NEXT BEST LINE OF THE NIGHT:Β Β Referring to the many legal cases brought against himself, President Trump looked straight at the Democrats and said, “A sitting president was allowed to viciously prosecute his political opponent – like me. How did that work out? Not too good, not too good.”

Democrats lost their minds when President Trump touted his election victory.Β  To drown them out, Republicans stood up and started chanting, “USA! USA!”

Radical Democrat Al Green was BOOTED OUT!

President Trump torched the Democrats, who protested his speech by holding up signs, and refusing to applaud, even for the most bipartisan moments.

Some Democrats walked out, and at least one – Rep. Al Green (TX) – was kicked out. Others just sat stone-faced in their seats.

“I look at the Democrats in front of me – I realize, there’s nothing I can say to make them happy, stand, or smile or applaud. I could find a cure to the most devastating disease…or announce the answers to the greatest economy in history, or the stoppage of crime to the lowest levels ever. And these people – sitting RIGHT HERE – will not clap, stand or cheer for these achievements. They won’t, no matter what. 5 times I’ve been up here,” Trump said.

Many Democrats held up round signs that read, “MUSK STEALS” and “SAVE MEDICAID.” Multiple times they held up signs that read, “FALSE.”

THE ONE MOMENT DEMOCRATS APPLAUDED… When President Trump noted that the U.S. has spent hundreds of billions of dollars on the Ukraine war.

“You want to keep it going another 5 years? Yeah, Pocahontas says yes,” Trump quipped, mocking Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

TRUMP TOOK AIM AT EUROPE: “Europe has spent more buying Russian oil and gas than they have defending Ukraine. We’ve spent perhaps $350B – like taking candy from a baby. They spent $100B. What a difference. And we have an ocean separating us – they don’t.”

Trump recognized Elon Musk for his work with DOGE in exposing wasteful spending.

In an epic moment, President Trump read off a list of just some of the insane wasteful spending that has been exposed by DOGE:

Democrats refused to clap when Trump said he wants to balance the budget.

And Democrats refused to applaud when President Trump said he wants tax cuts for everyone.

President Trump called on Congress to pass a new PERMANENT law mandating the death penalty for the murder of any police officer.

Trump announced the captured of an ISIS terrorist responsible for the bombing at the Kabul airport that took the lives of 13 American military members.

Democrats did not applaud.

TRUMP PAYS TRIBUTE TO A NUMBER OF AMERICANS

The president paid tribute to the family of Laken Riley, the Georgia nursing student who was murdered by an illegal alien allowed into the country by the Biden administration.

Mark Fogel, the school teacher who Trump recently rescued from a Russia prison, was also honored, along with his 95-year-old mother, who Trump met at the Butler, PA rally in July – just moments before he was shot.

President Trump honored the family of Corey Comperatore, who was killed in the shooting at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.

Most moving moment of the night:Β 13-year-old D.J. Daniel was diagnosed with brain cancer and given five months to live β€” and that was six years ago.

Since then, D.J. and his dad have been on a quest to make his dream come true β€” and tonight, President Trump made him an honorary member of the Secret Service.

President Trump surprised high school senior Jason Hartley — who tragically lost his father, an LA County Sheriff’s Deputy — of his acceptance to the United States Military Academy!

Trump also honored Stephanie Diller, the wife of fallen NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, who was killed by a felon with 21 prior arrests.

PAYTON MCNABB honored by Trump.

President Trump announced, “I also signed an Executive Order to ban men from playing in women’s sports. 3 years ago, Payton McNabb was an all-star high school athlete preparing for a future in college sports. But when her girls’ volleyball match was invaded by a male, he smashed the ball so hard in Payton’s face, causing traumatic brain injury, partially paralyzing her right side, and ending her athletic career…

“Payton is here tonight in the gallery — and Payton, from now on, schools will kick the men off the girls’ teams, or they will lose all Federal funding.”

President Donald J. Trump formally renames the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge as the “Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge”, in honor of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was killed by two illegal aliens in Houston.

American steelworkerΒ Jeff Denard, from Decatur, Alabama:

President Donald Trump recognized the guests of First Lady Melania Trump: Hailey Ferguson, who benefitted from her Fostering the Future Initiative — and Elliston Berry, who was the victim of an illicit deepfake image and was the inspiration for the Senate to pass the “Take It Down Act” to criminalize the publication of such images online.

DEMOCRATS ARE BEING MOCKED FOR THEIR ‘LOSER PERFORMANCE’

Mocking the fuming loser Democrats, X user “End Wokeness” shared one photo and wrote, “This is actually our opposition πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜.”
