An illegal alien man identifying as a woman attacked and raped a teen boy in New York this past week.
From the New York Post: A migrant transgender woman wanted by federal immigration officials allegedly stalked and raped a boy in Manhattan this week, The Post has learned.
Nicol Suarez allegedly followed the 14-year-old into the bathroom of a bodega across the street from Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem Tuesday and attacked him, police and sources said.
The boy then left the bathroom and flagged down witnesses, who alerted police, the sources said.
Suarez, 30, who is originally from Colombia, was arrested nearby the following day and charged with first-degree rape.
The report notes that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement already had a detainer out on Suarez, who was wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
Since the attack, Suarez is reportedly being held on Rikers Island. According to a law enforcement source, prosecutors initially asked for $500,000 bail and $1.5 million bond for Suarez.
However, Judge Elizabeth Shamahs, who became a judge in January after she was elected on the Democratic ticket, lowered the amount to $100,000 bail or $250,000 bond, the Post wrote.

Judge Elizabeth Shamahs, a Democrat, is of Mexican-Iraqi heritage. She assumed office on January 1, 2025 for a 10-year term, which will end on January 1, 2035.
The judge overseeing the NY illegal alien r4pe of a minor case is DEI elected, and she just significantly LOWERED the suspects bond on these charges, making it easier for him to roam the streets while awaiting trial.
