From the Daily Mail: A federal court worker and influencer has gone viral after she shared her distress about having to return to the office five days a week.
Genesis Cuesta, an assessment specialist at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, took to TikTok to express her outrage, saying she was ‘upset’ and ‘so mad’ at Trump’s executive order.
Trump has ordered federal workers to return to the office five days a week and weakened job protections for civil servants, the first salvoes in his campaign to gut the federal bureaucracy.
In a now-deleted TikTok video, Cuesta complains, “It happened… what a way to end the week. Five o’clock on a Friday, got our notice, effective March 10th, we’re back in the office five days a week – no telework, and that’s the most f****d thing.”
Still whining, Cuesta continued by calling the President of the United States a derogatory name.
“Not only did you issue this executive order, Cheeto, but this executive order trumps, pun intended, and rescinds any previously agreed upon telework agreements,” she sneered. “So before, I was able to telework once a week, when I was in the office every day, now no more. I am so upset, I am so mad!”
She also whined that other federal employees who are parents will now have to commute and arrange for child care.
The Daily Mail explains that the federal agency where Cuesta works is in charge of supervising adults on probation, parole, and supervised release in the District of Columbia.
In addition to her job at the federal agency, Cuesta is an influencer, where she lists her favorite products on Amazon, and then earns a commission each time someone makes a purchase through her affiliate links.
After her TikTok video went viral, Cuesta deleted the video and also deleted her LinkedIn account. However, the video has already been captured and is going viral on X.

Cuesta is widely mocked on social media:
It’s the end of freeloading. Time to face reality.

Genesis Cuesta needs to either quit or be fired.
Our tax dollars should definitely not pay for her.

Go to work or be fired.

So her income from her federal job that she clearly didn’t do, subsidized her aspiring career as an affiliate marketer who does nothing and makes money from home? Sounds about like the exact reason DOGE was created… yup 😂

She needs to be fired. Clearly she was making TikToks instead of working and then complaining about having to actually work…those are grounds for removal.

Meet Ms Genesis Cuesta…
She’s a GG12 making at least $104,000 per year, living in swanky DC, working for the federal court services and heartbroken to have her telework rescinded
