President Joe Biden is scheduled to deliver his farewell address from the Oval Office on Wednesday night, marking one of his final public statements before leaving office. In this speech, he is expected to reflect on his “50-plus years as a public official.”
However, under his administration, the U.S. has seen a significant rise in inflation, with prices for everyday goods soaring, impacting the financial stability of many Americans. Biden’s policies have also been criticized for contributing to an open border crisis, leading to an unprecedented number of migrants (and illegal aliens) at the southern border, straining resources, and leading to a national nightmare. Furthermore, his administration has been actively involved in funding the warfront in Ukraine, committing billions in aid; meanwhile, sufferers of environmental disasters like massive floods in North Carolina and devastating fires in California are given hundreds of dollars and little support.
Biden’s tenure has been marked by increased political division, with policies that have also mandated gene therapy treatments disguised as vaccines to censorship pressure tactics by influencing social media elites, as revealed recently by Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg.
His farewell address will likely attempt to gloss over these contentious points, focusing instead on a narrative of hope and legacy. Yet, for many, his time in office will be remembered for the four-year hardships endured rather than the prosperity he will try to claim.
