REPORT: Illegal Alien, Accused of Killing 12-Year-Old, Freed from Jail to Spend Holidays with Family

From Breitbart: An illegal alien accused of causing the crash that killed 12-year-old Travis Wolfe in Hazelwood, Missouri, last year is now out of jail without paying any bail.

Endrina Bracho, an illegal alien from Venezuela, was charged in March with one count of first-degree involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of child endangerment, and one count of driving without a license after allegedly causing a December 2023 crash that left Wolfe dead and his parents, Timothy and Stephanie Wolfe, injured.

A year after the crash, Bracho is out of jail without paying bail thanks to a decision from Judge Bruce Hilton. Bracho’s lawyer told local media that part of Hilton’s decision centered on allowing the accused to spend time with her family during the Christmas holiday.

“What about my family? We don’t get to go see Travis,” Wolfe’s sister Taylor told FOX2 Now. “He doesn’t get to come home and see us. She took that from us.”

Bracho had previously been jailed on a $500,000 bond, but the judge reportedly let her out for Christmas without paying any bail. She simply has to wear a GPS tracking device, is forbidden from driving a vehicle, and has also been ordered not to contact the Wolfe family. Her next court hearing is scheduled for January 23.

Bracho reportedly crossed the border into the United States sometime in 2023, and Joe Biden’s DHS turned her loose into the country.

On December 20, 2023, Bracho was driving 75mph in a 40mph zone, on the wrong side of the road, and had no driver’s license. She struck the Wolfe vehicle head-on.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) blasted the judge’s decision to set Bracho free.

“I am told the criminal illegal alien who murdered 12-year-old Travis Wolfe of St. Charles has been released pending a future trial. This is a gross miscarriage of justice. She killed Travis one year ago today. She is present in the U.S. illegally & a flight risk. She should be in prison every single day until tried,” Hawley wrote.

“Even worse: the illegal alien did NOT have to pay bond,” he added.

In March, just days after the boy’s death, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk shared a photo of Travis and announced:

Another American child has been tragically killed at the hands of an illegal that never should have been here.

His name is TRAVIS WOLFE. On the night of December 20, 2023 in Missouri, just one day before his 12th birthday, Travis was a passenger in his parents’ car, when an illegal woman from Venezuela, Endrina Bracho, drove the wrong way at 70+ mph causing a head-on collision.

Travis was rushed to Children’s Hospital and put on life support. His parents were taken to Mercy Hospital with broken wrists, broken ribs, a broken sternum, and more. Travis didn’t wake up, and finally passed away March 6. Say his name.

Circuit Judge Bruce Hilton is the one responsible for freeing Bracho from jail.
