The barrage of legal attacks, lawsuits, subpoenas, indictments and trials against President-elect Donald Trump over the past four years not only impacted Trump himself, but it affected those closest to him as well, including family and staff.

One of those most impacted has been Dan Scavino, Trump’s longtime aide and adviser. Based on his recent posts on X, he is fed up and wanting answers.

Scavinio was served a subpoena in October 2021 by the Democrat-led ‘January 6 Select Committee,’ after much hullabaloo claiming they couldn’t find him to serve the subpoena. The Committee had implied he was running from them.

The committee was trying to force Scavino to testify, “because of his close proximity and long history of working with the former President, he can provide useful information regarding conversations Trump had on January 5 about trying to convince members of Congress to not certify the election, the former President’s movements on January 6, and the broader communication strategy the White House had in the lead up to the January 6 rally,” CNN reported at the time.

However, Scavino refused to comply with the subpoena, and, according to an NPR report in June 2022, the Committee finally gave up. The DOJ decided they would not prosecute him for failing to comply with the subpoena, appearing to acknowledge that Scavino had ‘executive privilege’ since he worked so closely with Trump.

Scavino unleashed his emotions in a series of posts on X this week, after U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan officially dismissed both the ‘January 6 election interference’ case and the appeal of the ‘Mar-a-Lago classified documents’ case against Trump.

The cases were dismissed at the request of Special Counsel Jack Smith, who will reportedly be resigning to avoid being fired by Trump once he takes office.

“Many people’s lives were destroyed over the past 4 years since we walked out of the White House on 1/20/2021. A relentless barrage of knocks on the front door at home—served subpoena, after subpoena, after subpoena, after subpoena…over the past 4 years. I have lots of questions!” Scavino wrote on Monday.

“ALL THE TACTICS—I will NEVER FORGET IT!!! Tried to intimidate me. Tried to silence me. Tried to break me. Tried to destroy me. MAGA!!!!!” Scavino wrote in another post.

“Remember. “Executive Privilege” was eviscerated from one Administration to the next, compliments of Joe Biden,” he added.

“ANSWERS STILL NEEDED,” Scavino declared on Tuesday, sharing an artist’s rendering of the assassination attempt against Trump at the Butler, PA rally in July.

“Hopefully the FBI won’t show up at my front door like in 2022 to serve me a subpoena on the same day that I’m about to (knowingly) leave my home for a D.C. courthouse—from another subpoena that was served to me weeks prior. They knew what they were doing. SO WRONG!!!!!” he wrote in another post on Tuesday.

Pointing to an Oct. 2021 CNN report, Scavino wrote, “Different subpoena, and they claimed they couldn’t find me! These LOSERS planted stories to make it seem as if I was on the run, all while I was literally home in New York hanging out with friends—who are U.S. Marshalls. THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND ME!!!”

Moms4Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice replied, “They called one of our Moms after she spoke at a school board meeting. They asked her if she owned any guns and if she had a history of mental health illness. SO WRONG!!!!!”

“Their goal was to intimidate and break the spirit of the people most loyal to President Trump. They failed. You’re a fighter!” Alex Bruesewitz told Scavino.
