Moms4Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice is sounding the alarm after President-elect Donald Trump nominated Dr. Janette Nesheiwat to serve as U.S. Surgeon General.
Justice commented on a video montage of news clips broadcast during the Covid-19 pandemic, as Nesheiwat repeatedly touted the need for people, including children, to wear face masks and abide by social distancing guidelines.

Addressing the video, Justice wrote:
Never again. Masks are not source control. They do not stop transmission. Masks harmed our children and we will NEVER allow this to happen again. Unacceptable choice for Surgeon General. So disappointing.
To be clear, I have met Janette and she couldn’t have been nicer. She has been very loyal to President Trump which is wonderful and incredibly important. The problem is her position on the forced masking of children. So many children have been hurt. Parents won’t forget that.

“Moms & Dads had to fight like hell to get masks off of our children. Toddlers were forced to mask in NYC until June 13, 2022- over 2 yrs. I just invited @DoctorJanette to join me on my podcast to discuss her position on masking during Covid. Hopefully she will join me,” Justice added in another post.

Justice then shared a heart-wrenching story on social media over the weekend, of how the school mask mandates during the Covid-19 pandemic personally affected her family.
In a series of posts on X, Justice wrote:
My 10yo son was forced to mask all day long at school with no breaks except for lunch. He had a hard time focusing in the classroom & the mask was making his attention issues harder to manage.
One Sunday night in early 2021, he shared the scariest thing I have ever heard from one of our kids.
He came to my husband & me in tears and said he didn’t want to live anymore if he had to wear a mask all day at school.
I cried after tucking him into bed that night and vowed to my husband this would change.

I had been on school board up until November of 2020 and had fought vehemently against forced masking in our district’s schools. I was on the bottom of many 4-1 votes to protect parental rights from March 2020 of that year.
My school district was one of eleven in the state of Florida that defied parental rights and @GovRonDeSantis. Hundreds of parents told us masks were harming their children, but our school board didn’t care.
Many teachers in the district were making accommodations for students. Our youngest son was allowed to remove his mask while at his desk.
The middle guy- not so lucky. He said his teachers yelled at him and other students constantly to pull up their masks. He began to hate school.

What followed that week was a disappointing experience with the teachers and school district. Our son was bullied and ostracized and ultimately I pulled him out of school that Thursday.
Why am I telling you this? Because my son’s story was not unique.
Masking harmed children. There was no scientific evidence to support masking. Masks did not stop transmission. Children were forced to mask to make adults “feel better.”
Never again. #UnmaskOurChildren

However, in a recent interview, Nesheiwat admitted, “The lockdowns, the shutdowns, and the remote learning was one of the worst events that have happened in our country especially to our children, who are the lowest risk group, yet we inflicted upon them the most stringent restrictions.”

Dr. Nesheiwat also recently criticized mask mandates and said the flimsy masks don’t work.

In another recent interview, Nesheiwat blasted the diversity, equity and inclusion agenda that has been embedded into medical schools.
