Former President Trump is set to hold a major rally at Madison Square Garden on Sunday as he presents his “closing argument” to local voters in the 2024 election.
Doors open at noon, programming begins at 2:30 p.m., and Trump is expected on stage by 5 p.m. Guests include Elon Musk, Dana White, Tucker Carlson, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. House Speaker Mike Johnson, Rep. Elise Stefanik, and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise will join him at Madison Square Garden.
Following two previous assassination attempts on Trump, road closures and heightened security are planned around the nearly 20,000-seat venue.
The message will center on how Harris “broke” the U.S. and his plan to “fix” it. Trump has pledged to win New York, a feat no Republican has achieved since Reagan’s 1984 landslide over Mondale. Despite Trump’s gains across demographics, insiders view an upset in New York as unlikely.

“Throughout the campaign cycle, President Trump has used unique backdrops to deliver his winning message to voters — whether it’s a visit with union workers in New York City, a stop at a Harlem Bodega, or a rally in the Bronx,” a Trump campaign insider said. “To deliver his closing argument, President Trump will pack Madison Square Garden and, once again, highlight the issues facing our nation.”
