Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump and held a top spot on the infamous January 6 Select Committee, has repeatedly vowed to do “whatever it takes” to prevent Trump from re-taking the Oval Office.
Even if “whatever it takes” mean supporting someone she has previously declared should never be in charge of the country either. Cheney officially endorsed Democrat Kamala Harris on Sept. 4, and has now hit the campaign trail in an effort to help her beat Trump.
In response, Trump’s longtime aide, Dan Scavino, has dug up one of Cheney’s old social media posts.
In August 2020,Cheney lashed out at Harris, who was then Joe Biden’s running mate.
“Kamala Harris is a radical liberal who would raise taxes, take away guns & health insurance, and explode the size and power of the federal gov’t. She wants to recreate America in the image of what’s happening on the streets of Portland & Seattle. We won’t give her the chance,” Cheney wrote.

Although Cheney warned in 2020 about Harris’ stance on gun control, she appeared at an event with Harris this week and sat beside her nodding as Harris outlined her positions on gun control.

On Tuesday, Cheney claimed Harris is qualified to be president, just because she has previously held the positions of District Attorney, State Attorney General, Senator and Vice President.
