The voting machines in Dallas County, Texas, reportedly FAILED to pass their legally REQUIRED logic and accuracy test, according to County GOP Chair Allen West.

According to West, the central accumulator, which is the main tabulation computer failed the logic and accuracy test in four test races.

In one race there was a 900 ballot discrepancy and in another race there was a 628 ballot discrepancy. No credible reason was given for the error.

What makes it worse is that the errors in tabulation were not publicly reported. West reported this to the Texas Secretary of State, and he is hoping that the secretary will take action to prevent the use of any part of a voting system or voting system equipment that has not been approved and or cannot pass an accuracy test.
