Kamala Harris has been lambasted over her sneering remarks to two pro-life college students during a rally at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse last Thursday, but one of the most brutal takedowns has come from a former Republican senator.

As Harris was making a pro-abortion pitch during her speech last week, two Christian students, later identified as Grant Beth and Luke Polaske, both juniors at the school, shouted from the audience, “Christ is King,” and “Jesus is Lord.”

Harris responded by mocking, “Oh, you guys are at the wrong rally. I think you meant to go to the smaller one down the street.”

The social media account for Catholic Vote slammed Harris, posting a video of her remarks and writing, “Kamala Harris exposes her vile hatred toward Christians once again by ridiculing a rallygoer for invoking the name of God.”

Former GOP senator Kelly Loeffler of Georgia reposted the video and hit back at Harris in a brutal rebuke, quoting a Bible verse.  Loeffler wrote:

Luke 12:8-12. Jesus said to his disciples: “I tell you, everyone who acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will acknowledge before the angels of God. But whoever denies me before others will be denied before the angels of God.”
