Joe Biden gloated on Tuesday that he can’t wait to see former President Donald Trump in jail.

Biden was speaking at a rally for Kamala Harris in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as he raged against Trump and touted all the legal cases his own Justice Department has brought against the former president.

“This is the same guy who’s been held liable for $83 million for sexual abuse and defamation… the same guy for getting rid of Roe V. Wade… the same guy with three other major cases waiting for him when he loses,” Biden sneered.

“And by the way, 34 felonies, and so far… he had to get sentenced…. he got the sentence kick back, but I want to watch that sentence. Look, Donald Trump is not running for you. He’s running for himself. I think he’s running to stay out of jail,” Biden raged.

RNC Research posted a video clip and wrote, “Biden is now openly hoping President Trump — his former top rival before he kicked Biden’s ass so bad he dropped out in disgrace — is jailed after the corrupt Democrat-led witch hunt.”

This comes after Kamala Harris was interviewed by “Charlamagne tha God” on The Breakfast Club earlier Tuesday, and snidely expressed hope that Trump would end up in jail… while wildly repeating her claim that Trump wants to “weaponize the Justice Department against his political enemies.”

“He has been very clear that he would take out the independent folks who are in there and put in there instead his loyalists… So understand, again, you talk about — because this brings back to exactly your point about threats to the to our democracy. Donald Trump would go into the Department of Justice and manipulate it in such a way that it would be used as a weapon against his political enemy,” she claimed.

She ranted that Trump would jail journalists and judges, and dramatically said, “Dictators do that!”

“So why is it ok for him to lock up his political opponents, but its not ok for ya’ll to say he should be in prison when he’s actually committed crimes?” the host asked.

“Oh, I’ve been very clear. I think the courts should handle that, and I’m going to handle November,” Harris cackled.
