From the New York Post: Monday marks one year since Hamas terrorists’ brutal attack on Israel — killing 1,200 innocent Israelis and taking 250 hostage — that incited war in the region. Ninety-seven hostages are still being held captive in Gaza.
Protests have broken out at Columbia University and the New York Stock Exchange in New York City, with nearly 1,000 people, mostly anti-Israel protesters, crowding Wall St.
New York City lawmaker Robert Holden (D-Queens) equated the protest as a “support of terrorism” as members of the Jewish community plead for Oct. 7 to be a day of mourning and remembrance for those who were massacred.
“It’s disgusting, disgraceful and appalling,” Holden told The Post.
A video posted by journalist Oliya Scootercaster shows a mob of Columbia students wearing Palestinian scarves on their heads storming the Subway Station after walking out of class, as they made their way downtown to join the protest.
The anti-Israel group, Within Our Lifetime, had announced last week their plans for a huge protest on Monday and shared a poster which read, “Flood New York City for Palestine.”
“🇵🇸 On Monday October 7th Flood New York City For Palestine, stand with Gaza and uplift the Palestinian people resisting genocide by any means necessary since 1948. Call out of work and school, take to the streets and join us throughout the day 🌊,” the group wrote.

Nerdeen Kiswani, the founder of Within Our Lifetime, fired up the protesters as they began their March on Monday, declaring, “We are going to flood New York City. For all of Gaza, for all of Yemen, for all of Lebanon.”
As the protest got underway on the streets of New York City, demonstrators unrolled a massive Palestinian flag onto the street.

The mob also conducted an Islamic prayer, right in the middle of the street:

October 7 marks the one-year anniversary of the deadly Hamas terror attack in Israel, which killed over 1,000 Jews.
However, the pro-Palestinian protesters claim the march was “to mark one year of ongoing genocide and resistance 🇵🇸.”
