More than 100 accusers have reportedly come forward with allegations of “rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation” against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

At a press conference, attorney Tony Buzbee revealed that the youngest accuser was 9 years old, with another accuser aged 15. Buzbee also noted there are additional minors involved in the claims, though the lawsuits have not yet been filed. Combs’ legal team has denied the accusations in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, stated. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Buzbee stated that the alleged abuse by Sean “Diddy” Combs began in 1991 and continued through 2024. The accusers, located across various states including California, Florida, Georgia, and New York, came forward after federal prosecutors indicted Combs.

Buzbee said the following during the conference:

“When we talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking… The youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was 9 years old. We have an individual who was 14 years old. We have one who was 15. Twenty-five of the 120 individuals who are plaintiffs in these cases were minors at the time of the acts complained of… The time frame of the acts complained of is very wide. The conduct the issues spans from the years 1991 all the way to this year, 2024.”

Combs was arrested on September 16 and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. He pleaded not guilty after the indictment was unsealed, which detailed his alleged crimes.

If convicted, Diddy faces a minimum of 15 years to life in prison. Despite offering a $50 million bail package, including GPS monitoring at his Miami home, he was denied bail twice. Authorities claim Diddy operated a criminal enterprise through his businesses, using threats, violence, and coercion to exploit women for sexual purposes. The indictment also alleges he used “freak offs,” forcing victims into extended sex acts, sometimes providing IV fluids for recovery afterward.
