From the New York Post: Embattled rapper and hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was hit with sex trafficking and racketeering charges Tuesday amid a long-running probe that accuses him of hitting and abusing women for over a decade, federal prosecutors said.
The indictment against Combs, 54, was unsealed after he was arrested at the Park Hyatt New York in Manhattan late Monday — some six months after the feds raided his mansions in Los Angeles and Miami as part of the investigation.
He has been slapped with three federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, according to the indictment.
The fallen music mogul was expected to be hauled before a Manhattan federal judge later Tuesday on the charges.
For decades, Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct,” the indictment reads, noting that he operated his business, headquartered in Manhattan and Los Angeles, under a variety of U.S.-based corporate entities.
The indictment says Combs manipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with male commercial sex workers, often flying them in to his location, and controlling them with drugs, intimidation and violence.
The sexual events orchestrated by Combs, which he called “Freak Offs,” lasted for several days and often involved multiple commercial sex workers. The indictment states, “During Freak Offs, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substance to victims, in part ot keep the victims obedient and compliant. Sometimes, unbeknownst to the victims, Combs kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers. After Freak Offs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”
More from the indictment: “Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise, including high-ranking supervisors, facilitated the Freak Offs by, among other things, booking hotel rooms for the Freak Offs, stocking the hotel rooms in advance with the required Freak Off supplies, including controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens and lighting; cleaning the hotel rooms after the Freak Offs to try to mitigate room damage; arranging for travel for victims, commercial sex workers, and Combs to and from the Freak Offs; resupply Combs with requested supplies; delivering large sums of cash to Combs to pay the commercial sex workers; and scheduling the delivery of IV fluids.”
When federal agents searched Combs’ homes in March 2024 in Miami and Los Angeles, they found multiple Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
Combs allegedly controlled his victims by physical violence, including dragging them by their hair, promising career opportunities, granting and withholding financial support, tracking their whereabouts, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, threatening their careers if they missed attending the Freak Offs, and more.

Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo claims his client is not guilty, and said outside the courthouse Tuesday morning, “He is dealing with this head on, the way he’s dealt with every challenge in his life. And he’s not guilty. He’s innocent of these charges. He’s going to plead not guilty, obviously. He’s going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might and the full confidence of his lawyers. And I expect a long battle with a good result for Mr. Combs.”
“I’m going to fight like hell to get him released, and he should be released,” Agnifilo added.
