For years, members of the Democrat Party has slammed the police, called for police departments to be defunded, and some have even called for the entire police system to be abolished.
But now that a mob of thousands of anti-Israel, pro-Hamas protesters are threatening the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Democrats have called in the cops.
Conservative comedian Tim Young shared one video, showing hundreds of police officers surrounding the DNC venue on Sunday.
“Democrats want to defund the police… Unless the police are surrounding the DNC to protect them,” Young quipped.

The protests turned violent Monday afternoon, as the mob broke down a fence and the cops came out in riot gear.
Riot police have arrived to push people away from the DNC. Signs have begun to go flying as protestors throw them at police.
