From Fox News: President Biden engaged in “impeachable conduct,” House Republicans found in their months-long impeachment inquiry, declaring in their highly anticipated report that he “abused his office” and “defrauded the United States to enrich his family.”
Fox News Digital obtained a copy of the 292-page report prepared by the House Oversight Committee, House Judiciary Committee and House Ways and Means Committee. Those panels have been leading the impeachment inquiry against Biden.
“The Committees have accumulated evidence demonstrating that President Biden has engaged in impeachable conduct,” the report, which lays out evidence gathered to date, says.
Republicans said there is “overwhelming evidence” that Biden participated in a “conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family.” They alleged that the Biden family and their business associates received tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests by “leading those interests to believe that such payments would provide them access to and influence with President Biden.”
According to the report by the committees, since 2014, the Biden family and their associates have raked in over $27 million from foreign individuals and entities.
In addition, while Joe Biden was vice president, his position helped the family obtain over $8 million in ‘loans’ from Democrat benefactors, and those loans have never been repaid.
The GOP report describes many examples of how then-vice president Joe Biden aided his son Hunter in business deals with foreign business partners, simply by showing up at dinners or jumping on a phone call. Then the money would start flowing in.
House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan said in a statement Monday morning, “Our impeachment inquiry shows conclusively that Joe Biden abused his public office for the private financial benefit of the Biden family and Biden business associates. The facts speak for themselves, and Democrats can no longer stretch the truth to cover for President Biden.
“As Democrats celebrate Joe Biden and crown Kamala Harris as his heir apparent this week, Americans should remember the reality of the Biden-Harris Administration: crime, chaos, and corruption.”

House Oversight Committee James Comer declared, “President Biden’s legacy is marked by abuse of public office, corruption, & obstruction. The evidence produced by our impeachment inquiry is the strongest case for impeachment of a sitting president the House of Representatives has ever investigated. We have exposed the truth.”
