From the Daily Caller: Former Google executive Ryan Olohan obtained a settlement with the tech giant last week after the company fired him for allegedly not being “inclusive.”

Prior to his termination, Olohan was Google’s managing director of food, beverage, and restaurants. Google’s Employee Investigations team explained Olohan was not inclusive because he “show[ed] favoritism towards high performers” and remarked on the “walking pace and hustle” of employees, which the company referred to as “ableist.”

A settlement was reached last week and the case was dismissed, marking a victory for conservatives in an industry rife with allegations of anti-white, anti-male and anti-conservative discrimination.

Olohan’s lawyer, Alex Rissmiller, stated in a letter to the United States District Court in New York that “a settlement has been reached in resolution of all claims” against the defendants.

In his lawsuit, Olohan also alleged he was sexually harassed by his boss, Tiffany Miller. He said when he refused her advances, she retaliated by accusing him at least twice of committing “micro-aggressions.”

Miller dismissed the allegations as “fabrications” by a disgruntled ex-employee.

Olohan also has a side business. He, along with his wife and seven children, operates an ice cream shop in New Jersey called Seven Scoops and Sips, which raises funds to help the homeless.

Five years ago, Olohan posted the following video and wrote, “I love my day job
@Google but LOVE working for my wife and kids at their new ice cream shop, Seven Scoops (http://SevenScoopsNJ.com). Giving back has never been sweeter!”

Two years ago, Olohan announced, “I am very proud of our 7 kids and the 60 others who slept in the bitter cold in our Seven Scoops parking lot to raise almost $20k to help homeless youth. https://lnkd.in/ep9KubYZ. Thanks to you, 7 Scoops was able to chip in another $10k to help other charities this holiday season!”

Olahan is an uncle to Daily Signal reporter Mary Margaret Olohan.
