Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in Palm Beach, Florida on Friday, to meet with former President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

This comes following Netanyahu’s trip to Washington, D.C., where he delivered an address to a joint session of Congress on Wednesday. He then had separate meetings with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and top leaders of the House and Senate on Thursday.

After Harris met with Netanyahu on Thursday and posed for a photo-op, she then delivered a scathing speech slamming Israel for their “attacks” on Gaza. According to Axios, Netanyahu was upset by Harris’s remarks, concerned that it may harm negotiations over a Gaza hostage and ceasefire deal.

However, the Israeli leader was warmly welcomed by Trump on Friday. Speaking to reporters during the meeting, Trump said Harris’s remarks were “disrespectful.”

Margo Martin, Trump’s Deputy Director of Communications, shared a video of Netanyahu and his wife arriving to greet Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

Netanyahu also posted photos on his X/Twitter account of his meeting with Trump:

“In a meeting with former US President Donald Trump 🇺🇸🇮🇱,” he wrote in one post.

Netanyahu reportedly asked Trump about the bullet wound to his ear, and Trump showed him where he was hit in the assassination attempt two weeks ago.

Netanyahu also met with X/Twitter owner Elon Musk on Wednesday, after his address to congress.
