The 4-day Republican National Convention wrapped up Thursday night after former President Donald Trump delivered his acceptance speech, and many of his family joined him on stage, including former First Lady Melania Trump.

There were many poignant and notable moments from the events Thursday evening that are gaining a lot of attention on social media.  Below are just a few highlights:

Country star Jason Aldean seated right next to Trump on last night of RNC

From Fox News: Country star Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Aldean, attended the Republican National Convention on Thursday night – and sat directly beside Donald Trump. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Aldean is set to perform at a party the committee is planning on holding at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel to close out the RNC.

Wrestler Hulk Hogan set the place on fire when he ripped off his jacket and shirt to reveal a “Trump-Vance” tank top underneath.

Evangelical leader Franklin Graham delivered a powerful and moving tribute to Trump, along with a prayer.

In an emotional segment of his speech, Trump recounted the horrific moments when he was shot at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

“I’m not supposed to be here tonight,” Trump said humbly.  “Yes you are!” the crowd chanted back.

“No, I’m not,” Trump said, adding, “I stand here before you in this arena only by the grace of almighty God.”

Trump said in his speech before accepting the GOP nomination: “I am running to be president for all of America, not half of America. Because there is no victory in winning for half of America.”

Trump honored slain retired fire chief Corey Comperatore after he was shot and killed by gunman at his rally.

Corey Comperatore, 50, a who was killed during the failed assassination attempt on Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, who honored by Trump in a very moving way during Trump’s acceptance speech Thursday night.

The Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Department had sent the firefighter’s uniform and helmet to the convention, and it was placed on stage during Trump’s speech. Trump walked over to the memorial, embraced it and kissed the helmet.

Trump reportedly wanted to attend Comperatore’s funeral, but the Secret Service advised against it, due to security issues.

The fire department had earlier displayed the uniform outside the firehouse.

In conclusion…. “Together, we will SAVE THIS COUNTRY!” Trump vowed.
