The core message from top party leaders, friends, and major donors is clear: they believe Biden cannot win, cannot shift public perception about his age and mental sharpness, and cannot secure congressional majorities.

Biden cannot be forcibly removed. He has the delegates. No one can physically take them from him. He needs to step down voluntarily and on his own terms.
