America watched in horror as gunshots rang out at a Trump campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. Former President Donald Trump was hit in the ear and was quickly rushed away by Secret Service agents.
Officials have confirmed that the shooter is dead, though the individual has not yet been identified. According to Fox News, two rally attendees were also struck and killed by the gunfire.
President Biden held a quick press conference to deliver his remarks on the assassination attempt, mainly by stating he would not yet call it an “assassination attempt” until there was more information.
