According to reports from CNN and The New York Times, President Joe Biden has informed Democratic governors of his decision to stop scheduling events after 8 p.m. to ensure he gets more sleep.

Biden informed the group of liberal governors that he prioritizes his mental health by ending his workday at 8 p.m. He stated that he plans to sleep more and will adopt a schedule resembling a 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. four-day workweek, which includes time for naps.

It’s important to note that last week’s debate in Atlanta against former president Donald Trump began at 9 pm.
